● We meet for a consultation to look at materials, photographs and/or sketches. This meeting gives me a sense of your personal style, color palette and physical make up. (This "meeting" can also be done via phone and email, if you can't meet in person.) If you are commissioning work as a gift, it's really helpful if you can provide me with a picture of the person(s) the work is for.

● We will determine the materials you like and a budget range.

● If you decide to commission work, you will receive a quote via email with a rough sketch or two.

● You approve the design as is or we make any necessary changes.

● Once we have agreed upon the basic design, materials and budget, you will receive a letter of agreement outlining the work to be done.

● A minimum deposit of fifty percent (50%) is required to commence work.

● Fees to Elisabet are due and payable on the following schedule: 50% upon signing the letter of agreement and the balance upon piece(s) completion, but prior to delivery.
